Tanglewood Hills is a family business established in the Quad Cities in 1990. Initially, the Pavilion reception hall was built. As a result of many inquiries about ceremony spaces, the Chapel and Evergreen Room were built, providing a venue to accommodate all your wedding needs. We have a beautiful area outdoors— perfect for weddings or just relaxing and having fun on the deck or spacious lawn.
We are known for our personal service and going the extra mile to make sure your day is everything you dreamed it would be. You will work with the same Tanglewood Hills staff from your booking date to the end of your special event. Please feel free to stop by and visit our beautiful venue.

The Pavilion holds up to 300 and has a 140 person minimum. The Evergreen Room holds up to 160, and the Chapel seats 220-240.

We rent the facility for a six-hour period; however, the doors are open thirty minutes prior to your start times and guests are welcome to come in.

In-house catering only. You may bring in your cake/ dessert.

The Chapel has a bride’s room and a groom’s room.

No holes in the walls. We normally allow two hours for decorating, but this can be adjusted.
